    I bought minecraft java today from my mobile from inecraft.net and when i logged in it says that i haven t payed it.The payment was made and i didn t get minecraft.After i realised that i using guest and i wasn t connected to any microsoft account.What happened to my purchase

    Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

    I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... So I bought a used pc and the old owner didn’t take his account off and I can’t access the... :)... it would be highly appreciated.
