Windows 10: So I've been having BDODs very frequently nowadays, I NEED HELP!!!

So I've been having BDODs very frequently nowadays, [ my laptop : Lenovo IdeaPad 520-15ikb8gb ram 4 on-board and 4 by chip, nvidia 150mx and Intel Uhd graphics, Window 11 Home Edition ]And Bsods show up every single time I'm doing anything slightly extensive with my laptop,I have gone through and tried many methods to solve the situation but nothing has worked so far, and weirdly enough its always a different error code, so far I've got :Kmode_exception errorSystem Thread Exception error Irql less not equal or whatever Memory management error And the most recent one being of today morning;

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
