Windows 10: So recently I got a Poroblem with my acer swift 3 laptop's software

So as of one day, my laptop started working less and less as time passed buy and one day i found my self with a problem that the computer freezes every time in the login pin code. I can't press anything, no even the power. so I decided to just simply factory reset the laptop and to my surprise, my computer did the reset until it reached 41% then it restarted itself and left me on an eternal loop on where I turn on my laptop and it just says "computer was unexpectedly restarted must restart for windows to install". Honestly, I do not know what to do and if anyone can help I would appreciate it a lot

NEW Acer Swift 1 - Unable to setup Fingerprint

I recently bought a new Acer Swift 1 laptop, but I'm unable to get the fingerprint option set up. I've tried almost all suggestion from a previous thread posted by someone else, but I have not have much success. Please help!!

Multiple BSODs on laptop (Acer Swift 1)

The chkdsk displayed many problems with the drive file system.

Perform the following steps:

1) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

2) Run HD Sentinel: (free or trial edition)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Post images of each of these tabs into the thread:
Overview tab
Temperature
SMART
Disk performance

3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y
reboot

4) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer. Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using one drive or drop box share link:

a: I get nothing on the health tab. I'm not sure if its due to my storage being eMMC (I had tried looking at my drive with crystaldiskinfo before and got nothing)
