Windows 10: so the uk ministry of defence hacked my microsoft account at one point just to view it and...

the ip in question appears as 25.95.234.73 and appears with minimal information when searched the ip show it is the uk ministry of defence im a united states citizen so why are they invading my privacy?and i doubt it but could this be concidered if on a larger scalean international incident or does it require government on government spying? also did the manuelly hack or was it some form of new malware.

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
