Windows 10: Softmax Application has stopped working

I get the Softmax 7.0.3 application has stopped working error message when I open the software. I have Windows 10 64bit,already try to reinstall software and OS. Can any help?Thansk!

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

host application stopped working

I have a hd5970-driver:8.961.0.0
driver date: 05/04/2012
im running vista 64 bit all updated etc.

on installation of this driver, at the very end of the process, a driver installed that said something about a "pipe" being installed..sorry cant be more specific on this..but now im getting catalyst host application has stopped working on every boot up-doesnr seem to have affected my performance but id sooner it was working..any help would be much appreciated.
