Windows 10: Software downloads fail to save on Desptop Icon

When I download software and click save, they no longer show in Desktop downloads icon. What is causing this, thank you.

KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!

 

MSI GTX 760 BIOS MOD

Step 1: download GPU-Z. To the right of the box that says BIOS VERSION, there's a little icon you can click that will save your BIOS to a file.
Step 2: download Kepler Bios Tweaker. Right on the front page there's a field for minimum fan speed, change this as desired. Save the edited BIOS (to a different file, always keep your original)
Step 3: Download the latest NVFlash, load your modified BIOS into it, and hope for the best...

It's possible this process may fail and brick your card. It might be easier to just download a tool like MSI Afterburner, and set the fanspeed from there. That said, I understand the allure of BIOS flashing, as there is no extra software required/running in the background. You do it once, it's permanent (unless you decide to change it again), no extra bullshit running.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
