Windows 10: Software Installation Problem on Windows 10 PRO 1809

I have a strange problem with the installation of the AUTODESK VRED Pro 2019 on my PC - Windows 10 Pro.

A couple days ago I had a problem with my Windows 10 Administrator account and with the Windows Support Team a new Administrator account got created, all data got transferred to the new account and the old admin account got deleted. Everything was working fine except the softwares of Autodesk. By searching on the Internet what to do in regard to Autodesk re-initialisation resp. re-intallation, I followed the Autodesk instructions by removing all Autodesk softwares including all relevant files in different directories like Program Data, Appdata, Flexnet, etx ..... .

I could afterwards reinstall all Autodesk softwares execpt VRED PRO 2019. To install an Autodesk software, the procedure is the following. First you have to unzip the Software ZIP file, then you have to extract the Autodesk software installation file as Administrator by using the build-in Autodesk selfextracting. I have chosen always to extract the stuff to C:\Autodesk. Once the Autodesk selfextracting was finished, the installation panel occured und the software got installed. at the end I always deleted the C:\Autodesk directory for the next installation. All that was working fine except for VRED Pro.

When running the Autodesk selfextracting of VRED Pro to C:\Autodesk, error messages occured at the end of the self-extraction, that means just before the installation panel should occur and these messages are :

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\_AIE1FD.tmp\Setup.exe /s

C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_VREDPRO_2019_3_Enu_Win_64bit_dlm\ / temp

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\_AIE1FD.tmp\ /SecondRun / lang en-US /FirstRunThreadld 3060

I was searching in the net for eventual reasons for those errors and I guess that I have not made an entire uninstall of Autodesk VRED Pro. But how could I proceed to get this problem fixed. Maybe one of you has an idea.

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.

 

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
