SOFTWARE WARNING MESSAGES NOT SHOWING ON TOP OF OTHER WINDOWS

    Hello -

My work computer was recently updated to Windows 10 (from Windows 7).

We run a software package that has apps/modules that will time out if not used/active for 30 minutes.

The software will show a "pop-up" warning message warning you the modules will close in 15 seconds, to give you a chance to re-activate the window and avoid them from being closed and losing all your work.

In Windows 7 these warning messages/"pop-up" windows would appear on top of all other open windows. Since the upgrade, they are NOT showing on top of the other windows and since I can't see them, my modules are closing seemingly without notice.

I did see the instructions for turning off pop-up blocker, but since these modules are NOT web-based or accessed via a website, I don't believe that setting controls these pop-up windows. (I'm calling them that for lack of a better term, because that's what they do; they 'pop up')

Are there any other settings that would control that type of thing that can be changed either on my side or by my system administrator?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Chacqie

    :)
