Windows 10: Solution for "ERROR 5: ACCESS IS DENIED" message

Dear all,

Since the installation of latest update of Windows10 on my system I am facing "ERROR 5" message for all installation files regardless of its installation or destination folder of application. I have tried changing administrative permissions but still have failed to overcome this issue. Kindly help me ASAP to resolve this issue.
