Windows 10: Solution found to install loop of windows10

I found a solution to the install loop that seems to have created a lot of problems for many. I was using a USB Windows 10 and it continued to do an install loop I choose to hit f2 right before the next loop started disabled USB and that worked. Only issue, I could not use my keyboard so I had to use an external USB port that had power added to it.

I just felt that I would like to share this being that I was on the phone for hours and a solution was not found. After three days of this it was just a bright idea or God's grace. Computer in use inspiron one

Is watercooling the solution?

A loop can get complicated and so you start small and list what you want to cool at the very minimum. If you can do that I can give you a diagram and suggested parts.

 

WDF_VIOLATION endless loop boot - anyone found a solution please?

Hi

I have upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on my HP Z420 dektop. Plugged in usb my portable WD hardrive and it coudn't recognise, it basically couldn't find any usb device except keyboards and mouse.

I restarted computer and this " WDF_VIOLATION endless loop boot" came out, running non stop.

I went windows forum for help tried this but it doesnt work, after selecting “Automatic Repair/Start up repair” from “Advanced
options” as last step it comes back to the same "WDF_VIOLATION endless loop boot"

Help please otherwise Im getting back to Win 7, this is a joke really!

Tried help bellow from Windows employee but as I mentioned it didnt work..

To Troubleshoot this situation, follow the below steps:

Step 1:

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

Installation Media tool:

Once the bootable media is created, follow next step:

Step 2: Perform Start up Repair.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Start up Repair:

a. Insert the installation DVD or USB and boot Windows 10 from it.

b. Select “Troubleshooting” from the first Window and then select “Advance Options”.

c. Then select “Automatic Repair/Start up repair” from “Advanced options” window.

This will help you to boot into your Operating system again.

Black screen loop error: There was an error reseting your PC

Hi Alen,

As you are facing issue with black screen boot loop, I suggest you to perform Power Drain by following the steps provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.

If the issue still persists, create an USB installation media (ISO) for Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool from the link provided below:

After the installation media is created, follow the steps provided below to run Startup Repair.

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
