    SOLVED 21H1 , move from PM961 to 980 Pro Sammy SSD M.2 , Win won't boot.


    EDIT: Never mind - solved - reconnected the internal cable and voila.Mixed Win10 21H1 and Mint SSD.Was on a PM961 256GB M.2 SSD.Image it with Macrium.Put 980 Pro in laptop.Macrium restore image.Mint will boot, Win will not.Tried rescue with 21H1 stick but it just blinks so apparently bad.Tried rescue with 20H2 stick :Rescue unable to repair.Command line:/bootrec /ScanOs finds -0- op sys. So I can't do anything else.My guess is that something is hosed with EFI??? but I have no idea.When I try boot to it, the circle of dots goes round and round and after maybe 30 secs just hangs/stops.alt-ctrl-d

    i will install windows 7 first then windows 10, so that newest boot maanager will add older version boot entry for win 7 .

    now any bios tweaking like uefi settings in bios? i heard installation is triky in m.2 ssd.
