    Found the solution in this answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/file-system-error-2147219196-ms-windows/e682dbd7-c050-42de-ac65-51729aa52359Attempting to open a video or image file causes "File system error -2147219196" and nothing to occur. I have attempted to reinstall through powershell twice. Neither options have worked. I cannot reinstall through microsoft store, as it will not open either.I am attempting to paste a screenshot, but the upload service appears to not be working for some reason.
