Windows 10: Solved Problems with DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION only appearing when connection to a new...

Today our house has switched to a new wireless router, when I tried to connect to the new connection, my computer would freeze after entering the password and I would get a blue screen with the error "DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION".
