Windows 10: Solvusoft refused to activate and/or refund my purchase of their 'DRIVERDOC + WINSWEEPER'...

Solvusoft refused to activate and/or refund my purchase of their 'DRIVERDOC + WINSWEEPER' SOFTWARES. I need help to address this blatant fraud.

I bought it last December. Kindly advise . Thank you.

Solvusoft Program keeps returning

What a full detailed reply, many thanks.

I don't know what Solvusoft program it was, but have a idea that it may be Malware.

I run Malwarebytes every week, & AVG in background all of the time. A few weeks ago MWB found some PUP's but also failed to remove them. The MWB forum found that it was the Solvosoft program causing this.

But how did it get installed again/how can I stop it?

Yes I guess just wait and see. . Maybe solvusoft has a removal file for their software. Do you know which solvusoft program was installed ?They have quite a few. If it reinstalls try stopping its scheduled tasks and delete them.

Open task manager and see if it is running therein the list of running apps

Download microsofts install uninstaller tool.

Other ideas.

Type task schedular to open scheduled tasks in cortana

Check startup tab in task manager

Open services and see if it has a service running and stop and disable it.

Find it in task manger and open its file location.See if it has an uninstaller there.

You might try installing it then uninstalling it through apps and features or control panel.

Check the services tab in msconfig. (system information at top of search)Hide all microsoft services (check box in the bottom of window)

Lets hope it doesn't come back. You might consider free cccleaner to see if you can get it uninstalled and cleaned up.Don't use it for anything else and then uninstall it as next month defender is going to remove programs like uninstallers.

You also might consider a clean install of windows where you don't keep anything.
