    Is there an epub reader that also reads PDF files?

    I'm considering switching from OS X to Windows 10. I was looking for an ebook reader similar to iBooks, which allows me to just drag and drop .epub or .pdf files into it, and keeps them organized. I have not been able to find anything comparable for
    Windows. Is there an epub reader available which can also read PDF files?

    English Windows and Turkish Keyboard


    Hello I've always used my windows in English but since my keyboard is Turkish the input language needs to be Turkish. Everytime I restart my computer Windows changes my keyboard language English which I change back to Turkish but it's frustrating to do so because I didn't have such problems with win7. Also while using the computer it sometimes changes it back to English and I'm aware of the keyboard input change shorcuts. Long story short I want my keyboard input to remain in Turkish at all times. Could any of you help me? Thanks in advance.

    EDIT : SOLVED. Apparently you can add other languages keyboard to a display language. I manually added Turkish keyboard and deleted English keyboard this fixed my issue.

    Epub Reader- Surface 3- Windows 10

    I have been searching high and low for an epub reader for my surface 3. I just recently switched from a Samsung tablet to a Windows 10 tablet. Unfortunately, I have not found a worthy epub reader. On the android I used Moon+ Reader. It allowed me to underline,
    highlight, squiggly line, strikeout, used different colors, click on a reference and it would pull right up in a bubble. With Windows, I've used several (Nook, Kindle, Bookviser, book Bazaar, Manga Z, JW Bible Reader, Book HD, Freda, epub3 Reader, epub reader
    8, BookReader, OverDrive) and none have those options. Can someone please suggest a good epub reader that has all those wonderful options?

    Desperate to find one

    Text accasionally blurry in some applications: frequently, text will go blurry and smeary, frequently when focus on a minimized application, but it goes away on mouseover. Turning off "Fix scaling for apps" fixes this, but then the text is constantly blurry, though not as bad as with that setting turned on....
