    performance failure or window is not working correctly

    if i do the refresh command it takes times to refresh

    and desktop icons doesnot appear for a minute after a refresh

    or sometimes blank screen or blue screen occurs

    this issues occurs after i updated the window updates

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    The issues you've experienced on your laptop are possible hardware and driver-related. For us to determine what could have caused these problems and address them, we suggest running the hardware troubleshooter. Follow the steps below:

    • In the Cortana search box, type in Troubleshooting.
    • Click Troubleshooting in the search results.
    • Click View all in the left pane, then click Hardware and Devices.
    • Hit Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Once done, click OK.
