Windows 10: Some Issues I Came Across and I need Help With It BSoD and Hardware Failure

So for the past 3 days, I have encountered the following problems with my laptop:


-Blue Screen of Death says in the reliability center that it's a hardware failure, and I researched about it and told me I had to upgrade my drivers for my GPU. The BSoD happened because my screen froze while I was browsing YouTube casually, and my laptop had a blue screen afterwards.

Another one that happened was earlier before I made this post, and a similar scenario happened. I was in an online meeting, then my screen froze but there were still sounds. I didn't have the luxury of time to wait it out, so I had to hard reset my computer.


Is this an issue regarding my hardware? Do I need to get it checked or do I just need to reinstall some drivers? Help would be much appreciated. Also, if you're going to ask for the specs:

Steps 13-17 = Went into bios and reverted to default settings, no overclock now

Step 18 = Created a backup usb

Step 19 = Created new restore point, Reset bios to default settings

Step 21 = Uninstalled Avast

Step 22 = Uninstalled Malwarebytes

Step 23 = Windows Defender is ON

That's all I've done so far. Will continue overnight.
