Windows 10: Some Keyboard keys does not work

i have an hp elitebook x360 1030 g2, i have problems with keys :F9 key also that turn on keyboard light.left and right arrows keys.the \ key.the = and + keys.also caps lock and num lk light doesnt work.all this happened in one day, i dont know if its cause by an update or smth, cuz i tried to uninstall updates, install the latest updates, drivers... also i used hp support assistant.... i tried everything but nothing work, is anyone has a solution for this or a similar issue on the same laptop... or should i wait for a windows update ?

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
