  1. Some keys are not working on my laptop’s keyboard

Basically I haven’t used my laptop for about a week, and when I used it again two days ago I couldn’t type in my password because the number 3 wasn’t working neither on the keypad or the alphanumeric one, and then I noticed that some letters weren’t working either. I entered safe mode and the numbers still aren’t working.

I’ve noticed that when I press the keys the cursor in the text box stops “flashing”, too, so I’m sure the keyboard is physically fine. I’m not very good at tech though aka I have no idea what I’m doing but I reset my laptop choosing to keep my files and the problem is persisting.

Also doesn’t work in BIOS. The keys not working are: alphanumeric 1, 3, then -, Q, T, U, P, ], J, right Ctrl, right arrow, then from the keypad 3 and 5

i tried reinstalling the driver, my laptop shows no needed updates and ive ran out of ideas Some keys are not working on my laptop’s keyboard :(

anyone know how to fix this?

    :)

  2. Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

    Hi,

I realize that you are facing issues with the keyboard on your PC. I will try to help you with this issue.

    • Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
