Windows 10: Some keys on my keyboard arent working as they are supposed to

So I just got this laptop and it was working fine at first but then some keys started acting weird for example when I click on "P" once it writes it multiple times like pppppppppppp and it happens with a lot of other keys such as M , 0 ,ù and ^^^by the way my keyboard is azerty and it seems like the problem is in one area of the keyboard I hope I find a fix to this

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
