    Mail App Emails appearing in raw HTML data

    I just want to add my name to the list. I also started having emails display in the raw html format a few weeks back. At first a random few were displaying this way, now it seems the number of emails I'm getting in this raw html format are increasing, about half the emails I get are now are garbled up. This is frustrating as it is now happening with my important doctor appointment reminders from the VA , etc. Unbelievable that such an essential item needed by Microsoft customers is getting no attention and a fix has not been sent out after this much time.

    Emails in HTML format

    Dear Sam3129,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    May I ask whether the email itself is formatted as html?

    HTML format is the default format for emails. HTML is also the best format when you want to create emails that resemble traditional documents (with various fonts, colors, bulleted lists, and numbered lists) and when you want to display images within the email.

    Mail App Emails appearing in raw HTML data

    I had a Windows 10 laptop and Mail and Calendar apps has a lot of emails with only HTML code. Unable to read

    I got a new desktop with Windows 11 and Mail and Calendar has even more email showing up with HTML code and completely unreadable. I can see my mail on AOL website without a problem. Also on my Samsung tablet its ok. Microsoft does not want to fix this problem which has been around for quite some time. They are pushing One Outlook. What gives. If I wanted use a browser to check my mail I should have bought a Chrome Book.
