Windows 10: Some of my sound is working and some of it is not

For some reason, when I'm watching a video or playing a game, I can't hear the audio. But when I'm in a voice call with my friends, I can hear the audio. Trouble shoot won't work, for some reason it thinks the audio is working when it's not. I've restarted my pc countless of times and it didn't work, I've looked at many guides to try to help but none of them worked. It's not my headphones because I tried a other headphone. I have the right output on.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

• Select Playing Audio under Sound.

Hdmi sound not working
