Windows 10: Some programs reacting strangely all of a sudden.

I made a Microsoft account just for this, because this is really bugging me. =P

Just starting today, my programs have been reacting weirdly. Google Chrome takes forever to bring up pages, Steam takes forever to log in, and Overwatch is taking a long time to bring up updates. I thought it was an issue with my wifi but I hopped into a voice call with my friends and it seems to be working just fine, along with chat (I use Discord). Additionally, games seem to be working okay as well, including online games. I have no idea what is causing this and did the whole troubleshooting procedure. I temporarily disabled Windows Firewall, turned off Windows Defender (I don't have any other anti-viral software) , and restored my computer to an earlier save point. None of that stuff worked.

Honestly, games work perfectly fine so I'm not too bothered by this but if anyone would be willing to help me resolve this I would be greatly appreciative.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

There are many possible causes why your computer is running slow. Examples are
not enough hard drive space, too many programs running at startup or in the background, data Corruption and hard disk fragmentation.
