Windows 10: Somebody stole my Microsoft and changed my email and password HELP

My email and password were both changed to my Microsoft account. I can’t sign into Microsoft anymore but can still access my Skype witch is connected to the my current email and the email the hacker switched my stuff to even my pc account I sign into has the email changed to a different email the hacker has, I need my Microsoft account back he has been stealing my other info for things to. Your support page or calling you didn’t work at all I need to talk to somebody live only way to fix my problem and confirm the account is mine

Someone Hacked into my Hotmail account and changed the Password and stole all of my Contacts!!

I was using a public computer that is on a network. Someone hacked into my account and changed my password and stole all of my Business contacts!! Can anyone help me!! (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

 

Email clients not remembering passwords

Hi all

A friends computer will not remember his gmail password. He used to use outlook, and seeing that I use thunderbird and it would be easier to troubleshoot I installed that for him. Now that was working for a few weeks, and now the same problem is occuring.

We are 100% sure the password is correct, as we can access the email account through webmail, but the local clients will not remember the correct password. Of course the 'Remember password' button is checked, but still no good.

It returns with incorrect password.

Any suggestions?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Try disconnecting the cable from the Internet:

• • If there is a Wi-Fi icon on the sign-in screen, click it and go to Airplane mode.
    
  • If there is a wired connection, disconnect the wire.
  • If sign-in is successful, let us know in the comments!
  • Also, we can then change to a local account, restart, and re-connect to the MSA.
    
  • If this works, please let us know!

2. Try sign-in on another device (phone or PC) via the
https://account.microsoft.com
page.

• If the sign-in is unsuccessful, stop and handle it like any other password issue.
  
• If sign-in is successful there, don’t try resetting/changing the password, continue to the next step.

3. Try using the On-Screen Keyboard to sign in on the PC.

4. If that fails, make sure the PC is connected to the Internet (the connection icon should be visible in the lower right).
