Windows 10: Something about my new laptop...

So I bought a Dell G3 laptop and it had and Older version of Windows it was 1956 Something like that I don't know really know... But when I updated it to the 2004 version... Changes happened... First of all.. Google chrome stopped working it said that I need my parent's permission? I was shocked Because chrome was working perfectly fine when it was in it's older version... Second of all... Some key combinations changed... This laptop has a G key and I needed to press fn plus The G key to enable high performance mode... After the 2004 update... I just had to press the G key which was nice and also I had to press fn plus the volume key to turn the volume up/down but after the update... I just had to press the volume button... but this affected my games... Roblox u can check ur performance by pressing Shift+F5 and it doesn't work... In Minecraft.. I can't press f3 key to check my cords... I was sad.. It wasn't the problem of the game.. I checked minecraft's key controls everything was fine but F3 didn't work... Please tell me how I can fix this issue... Thanks you...

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
