Windows 10: Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available

Long storyFor some reason my daughter Win 10 PC decided to stop playing, Windows 10 was restored using the advanced recovery menu however once the install was complete we got the "something went wrong and your pin isn't available" tried again and this time noticed that under the "enter your pin" message the "sign in options" message was missing. my Daughters profile and both administrators login attempts return the same message. Subsequent attempts using the download from cloud option or install from this device return the same message regardless of retaining my files, deleting my files or com

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
