    hi, I'm Zana.


    I'm currently using a Huawei MateBook D15 and i can't set up my fingerprint since it says "this option is currently unavailable--click to learn more" and "something went wrong. try again later".     Something went wrong, Please try again later. (Win10 Upgrade)

    I was getting the same error message that something went wrong and try again later. As suggested, I went to the Windows Update icon in the control panel and found that Windows 10 was still downloading. I imagine when this is complete I will be able to
    go to the next step. I think the "next step" is showing prematurely and you have to wait for the download to finish.
