Windows 10: Sometimes laptop won't turn on

Hello! I have a problem. After buying a laptop, I installed different drivers and the system worked. But, my laptop sometimes won't wake up from sleep, this problem can be solved by restarting the laptop. Sometimes my laptop does not turn on, the keyboard starts to glow after startup, but the laptop freezes and does not turn on, this problem can also be solved by restarting the laptop. I found many errors in the event log. Can you tell me how can I fix problems with my laptop?

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
