Windows 10: Sony WH-CH400 Headset doesn't work as a Headset in Windows 10

I bought a Sony WH-CH400 Headset and it's working fine as Headphone in my laptop, but when I try to use it as headset in Skype and Teams calls, it's not working.


The headset is connected, and in the description voice and music are available as you can see in the image below, the highlighted device.






But when I select the device as a headset in the audio options, I'm not able to hear any sound from the computer, like a YouTube video

I make the test call in Teams and looks like all working fine, but when I join in a call, there's no sound in the headphones and the mic doesn't work as well.





There is anything else I can do to be possible to use this device as my headset?

Sony WH-CH400 Headset device did connect thoroug

I bought Sony WH-CH 400 wireless headset but, my laptop MSI GS65 window 10 did not show the device when I trun on Bluetooth. I even tried to do add another device, yet it did not shows WH-CH 400. I would like to know if anyone know that Wh-CH400 connect
to window 10 devices or not. And also I like to know if it is my laptop hardware problems .

 

nokia 3110c + wh 701 headset not working

i've just bought new headset wh 701 for my nokia 3110 classic, but the headset doesn't work.

the phone says "Enhancement not supported".

nokia 3110 c is in the supported list of this headset

did anyone experienced the same problem?
