Windows 10: Sony x80d aorus gtx 1080ti hdmi

I have a problem. My sony x80d hdmi 2 and 3 port dont work on 1080ti. But when plugging it to hdmi 4 port it works. The problem is that hdmi 2 and 3 ports are for 4k resolution with 60 hz. Hdmi 4 port is for 1080p only. Tried many settings but it doesnt work. Pls help

Sound Blaster Recon3Di not working with Windows 10 Creator Update

Hi,

I have the same issue. Enabling Spatial Atmos after install Dolby app, causes all sound output to stop working EXCEPT for Netflix Win 10 App and Dolby Atmos app. No sound for browser, Windows system and games.

I have a Sound Blaster Reconi3D installed as well, but im guessing it should be bypassed since im outputting sound through the GTX 1070.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I'm not sure what your problem is from the description that you gave. What is it that you are trying to do?

 

I see that the HDMI ports on the 1080ti are supposed to be 2.0b, so you should able to get 4k/60Hz on the two HDMI 2.0 ports of the Sony X800D.

All that I can suggest is to make sure that you have a high speed HDMI cable (18 Gbps). Older "high speed" cables (10.2 Gbps) may not be adequate.

 

I have hdmi 2.0 cable.
My problem is that my sony tv if enable enhance 4k resolution setting is enable i get black screen.

 

How long 2.0 HDMI cable you have? 2meters (6feet) should be fine but beyond that, if its crappy manufacturer it might be the reason.

 

I'm not familiar with the settings on the X800D.

Can you get an image with HDR turned off?
