Proble occurs when, I click on a link in my Update history in order to get more information from M.S Support, link opens in a new Browser window be it Edge, Internet Explorer or FireFox the latter is well updated to the latest version Edge inot the Latest Edge on my PC... No matter I believ the Issue lies with MS. would kindly Let The Light Shine on Me

I'm having the same issue on two different computers, but only happens with the Microsoft site.

unable to sign in to my microsoft account. message: AADSTS50196 appears

When I try to sign in or while reading any Microsoft pages the page disappears and this message pops up:

"Microsoft> sign in> Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

AADST50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a client request loop. Please contact your app vendor". This message is followed by a box that reports "Troubleshooting details: contact your administer or send this info to them. (copy
info to a clipboard).

This is followed by a list: Request Id> Correlation ID> Timestamp> The above AADSTS50196 message> Advanced diagnostics.

I do not understand any of this. Have had the Microsoft for years. I am the only administrator. I am the sole user.

I am also constantly receiving this: Security Alert: You are trying to open an account that is not secure.

That message appears on any app I attempt to open. All of this, and more, have begun appearing since the last Windows and Edge updates of 07/7-12, 2020. I will greatly appreciate any advice or suggestion to help me get out of this mess, PLEASE!

Trouble signing in to support

I have the same error as the person above. I've tried with several browsers, including Edge, browsers with no plugins installed, and browsers in incognito mode. I am still experiencing that issue. When I try to click the link suggested by SKYPPERGONZALEZ
, it loads the page for about 2 seconds before it boots me to the same error page:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.

AADSTS50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a client request loop. Please contact your app vendor.
This means I can't even see the phone numbers I need to resolve my issues.
