Windows 10: SOS!!! Mountain view charged me from my Schoolcard without informing and against my will

Hello, I have the same problem. I've been charged for 20 Gel Georgian Lari from my Schoolcard. I've never been registered in mountain view and never added my card in google account. I am very surprised and very upset that I've been charged without asking and informing. Please, help me and return my money on my Schoolcard and take measures so that I will not be charged in the future.Thank you in advance.

No Battery present but 100% charged?

As per your description it seems like you couldn't find the power option. I suggest you to try the below and see if it helps.

• In search type troubleshooting and hit enter.
• On the left pane click on View All.
• Now from the list of troubleshoot select Power and follow the onscreen instructions to run.

Please be informed that, the steps given in the method 2 is just to reset the power plan settings. It won't reset the whole system. So, I suggest you to try the steps and check if it helps.
