    Sound decreases after shutdown


    Hi,


    I have a question about a minor issue with a new Windows 10 laptop that I bought last month. If I turn my volume to say 20 then restart or shutdown the laptop, the volume is always 1 less than what it was. So 20 would be 19 or 30 would be 29. Like I say it's a minor issue but I can't seem to find out why it is doing this or how to stop it. Has anyone come across this and the fix? Many thanks.
