Windows 10: Sound does not work after KB4528760 update

After this update, my sound no longer works. I've researched and done ALL the solutions I could find. One thing: many solutions found on this website as well as 3rd parties say I'm supposed to have an "IDT" option in my sound devices. That is not there. I've done steps to shown "hidden" devices and it's still not there. I work from home and I need sound for client meetings!

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
