Windows 10: Sound issues W10 2021

Hi all,


So I am having this problem where when I jack in my headphones I am getting no sound.


The system detects the device, the sound bars are moving as I have music playing but nothing in ear.


I have tried all the fixes under the sun and google, my last hope is that it is a hidden update that I don't know about but then again how does one put a finger on that.


Speakers working fine btw.


Any thoughts? outside of what google search already tells you, these have all been tried

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Sound problem

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.

Issues with W10 Mail App

• Did you add your fsnet.co.uk (POP3) address as an additional account in W10 Mail App?

I suggest you to remove the account and re-add it.
