Windows 10: Sound Problem!

So I have this problem with my PS4 controller on PC when it comes to sounds. I have the PS4 controller connected via USB to my PC and I use the audio jack on the controller for my headset and mic. The problem is when i when i try to record my gameplay or at all record my windows 10 with relive/amd software, there is no sound in the video later although while i can hear the sound from headset when i play warzone or play YouTube videos. I know that the AMD software records the sound because when i connect my headset separately to the pc with its cable and not to my ps4 controller then the sound also starts Recording but this is no Option for me because i only can choose headset or mic when i connect it separately to my pc, my headset is usually connected to my ps4 controller and the controller itself via USB to my pc which it makes it possible for me to use my headset as a mic too while playing warzone but then there is the problem with no sounds being recorded while i wanna try record my game with AMD software/relive. Can please anyone help me in this matter ? I am so desperate because there is literary nothing on the internet regarding this issue!

Sound problem

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Sound Quality

One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.
