    Sound suddenly doesn’t work


    Hello guys , After a while the sound on my laptop (Dell Latitude 6440 ) doesn’t work at all ,even though the icon of it is still there showing like the sound works perfectly . I’ve tried to : *uninstall/reinstall the driver ; *troubleshooting ; *play with the audio settings ( outputs and enhancements) *update my win 10 that were out-dated . *update the driver . -You should now that audio works in a live version but not in the main system . What should i do but suicide option? Thank you.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Yes ive tried restarting several times and then sound works for couple of minutes and then suddenly goes into that state, sometimes works again then doesnt, im using logitech Z4 speakers and its onboard sound?
