From your information it appears that you are trying to install a Soundblaster driver from Creative.com for a SoundBlaster audio card? (File Name : SBRP_CD_L13_1_02_03.exe)

The Onboard audio chip for the Gigabyte Motherboard requires a special driver from Gigabyte.

Is Creative supporting the SoundBlaster Zx on Windows 10?

If Creative is supporting the SoundBlaster Zx on Windows 10, they will help you to get it working properly. If Creative is not supporting that device, there's nothing you or Microsoft can do about it. Microsoft can't force a manufacturer to update their
hardware for Windows 10.

 

Wow they left out support for my Audigy... jerks.

 

X-Fi still sees support for the Xtreme Gamer and Xtreme Audio and Audio PCIe models. Other models will either see updates come later in October or not at all depending on how old they are. Creative is pushing a new series of models out while some older stuff gets dropped since the Audigy series has already been out now for 10yrs. or so! US manufacturers are required or supposed to be required to support products not softwares however but hardwares except things like hard drives, etc. for 10yrs.?

The chart there will only show the models still being sold however! Yet the X-FI XtremeAudio can use the exact same drivers and app for things like the audio console launcher you would download for the XtremeGamer model. You may find that picking one of the other Audigy models like the SE series will work as well as the finding the exact same model number you have since different models will often have the exact same audio chip but have other things they support that another model won't.

But Of Course! mind you that the PCI Express model I have here first showed August and now show September? Fortunately one of the older 8.1 64bit updates is working out for the time being! *Rolleyes
