Windows 10: Sp3 onscreen keyboard disappears at SIGN IN!

I have to tap the password field twice to get the keyboard up and then after a couple key presses, it closes and there's nothing I can do except connect the cover or reboot. After the first or second reboot it works. And I'm taking from a cold boot in the first place. I don't let it sleep much. Surface pro 3 i7 512g 8g ram, windows 10. Also it doesn't matter what mode it's in but it's usually in tablet mode.

Keep onscreen keyboard from displaying at startup

I suggest to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key on the Keyboard.
• Click on More details.
• Go to Startup Tab.
• Right click on Onscreen Keyboard And select
  disable.

Turn off on screen keyboard

• Open Start menu, type
  Settings in search bar and click on Settings.
• Click on Ease of access and select
  Keyboard.
• Then, Turn off the on screen keyboard.
