Windows 10: spades

Hi, once again I am having problems with internet spades, this time when playing the game, it decides that it wants to quit, the drop down box appears and off it goes even when I want to play on any suggestions or is it Microsoft sabotaging the game because I have it on Windows 10, I wouldn't put it pass them. *Mad

1. When you say 'spades connection', are you referring to the Spades online game or Spades game installed from the Windows Store?

2. If you are playing Spades online game through a web browser then, from which web browser are you trying to play the game?

3. Is this issue specific only to Spades?

After upgrading to Windows 10 and I cannot find the good old Internet Spades games that MSN provided

I just "upgraded" from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I cannot find the good old Internet Spades games that MSN provided - and not the MSN zone version. Any help locating how to enable the old version of Internet Spades would be appreciated! Thanks.

 

No they would not I have gin rummy and that plays ok so does lots of others from the store.
You are not using a version that you have to pay for are you, if you are then if you had it on trial it might close down to remind you.
If not then uninstall it go to the store and reinstall it again

 

No these are the games I transferred from Windows 7.

 

Boskey, I had the same problem with a Spades game I downloaded from the Windows Store. After I while, I deleted it and installed a different Spades game from the Store and it works fine.

But if I may ask, why did you go back to 7?

 

Sorry to say but those games no longer work with 10. I tired to use them with one of the latest builds and you can install them but they just don't run. It's a shame since they are good games. Must be the way MS is trying to get users to move to store games.
