Windows 10: Specific sound output for specific display

I have a laptop that is connected through hdmi to a TV for a second display. I plan to add more displays. I am wondering if there is a way to make what is on each display output audio to its respected speakers. For example I have a game running on the TV I want the audio to come out of the TV and say YouTube on my laptop I want that to play out of my laptop speakers. Basically where the window is I want it to play out of that device

Sound Output for Specific App

I'm using an application called Elgato Wave Link. With this application I'm able to choose "channels" for sound output. But for this to work I need to specify sound output device in Settings > System > Sound > App volume and device preferences. Only active Apps are shown in that list and I don't want to open every app I can think off and change preferred output device. Is there a way for me to choose for all installed apps without having to open them?

 

Setting a specific sound for a specific alarm

Windows 10 Mobile on a Lumia 640 LTE

I set several custom alarm times, and choose a specific sound for that alarm. (Ringtone, etc)

However, every alarm uses the Default Notification Sound for the App. Not the specific sound I choose in the alarm setup (repeat, etc)

 

Text Tone sounds for specific contacts on Windows 10 Mobile

I am having trouble with assigning specific text tones to specific contacts on my Lumia 640 running Windows 10. When I set the default notification sound for the Messaging app, there are completely different options than when I go to edit a specific contact
to assign a specific text tone.

For example, in the Notification sound settings for the Messaging app, there are the following sounds available:

• [custom ringtone 1]
• [custom ringtone 2]
• Americano
• Appointment
• ...
• Lumia Calendar
• Lumia Email
• Lumia Message
• Lumia Voicemail
• Minutes
• Neo
• ...
• alert 7
• alert 6
• ...
• alert 1
• Windows email
• Windows voicemail
• Windows reminder
• Windows message

When I go to set a specific text tone for a contact, I have the following completely different options:

• Pure
• Silk
• Symmetry
• ...
• Zen
• [custom ringtone 1]
• [custom ringtone 2]

It seems that the only sounds available to assign to a specific contact are actually ringtones, not the text notification sounds available in the Messaging settings. Why is that? I want to use specific sounds for different people, but I want to choose from
the same pool of available sounds that I choose from for the default Messaging notification sound. Is there any way to find those other sounds to assign them to specific contacts?

I am running Windows 10 Mobile Insider Release Preview (10.0.10586.107) on my Lumia 640.
