Windows 10: speech option greyed out.

Hi everyone, need some help in relation to this issue, been having this for more than 2 weeks and is still unresolved. On settings I'm getting this error. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/unable-to-change-speech-language-in-windows-10/11769366-0c07-451d-a2d5-c4206840ac86?page=10I've followed this forum and now have successfully installed the language packs, this has enabled the voice option and not the speech language option, When I try to start speech recognition I get this errorand when I try to open advance settings on control panel I get this errorany help would be hig

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

Speech Recognition could not start. Please change the recognizer language in the speech recognition control panel under advanced options

To address your concern, we suggest you to change the Speech Recognition settings. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + X.
• Select Control Panel.
• Choose Speech Recognition.
• Select Advance speech options.
• Uncheck Review documents and mail to improve accuracy.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK.

If the issue persist, create a Train Profile by performing the steps below and check if the experience will be the same:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + X.
• Select Control Panel.
• Choose Speech Recognition.
• Select Advance speech options.
• Under Recognition Profiles, check the default profile.
• Click Train Profile.

If Train Profile fails, click New..., and create a new profile. Then, check if the new profile will work.

To set up Speech, please follow the steps:

• Swipe left on the start screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Speech.
• Tap Read aloud incoming text messages.
• Select from the following:
  • Always on
  • Bluetooth and headsets
  • Bluetooth only
  • wired headset only

For Text to speech settings, follow the steps below:

• Swipe left on the start screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap speech.
• Set desired options.
