  1. Speech regocnition

Recently I've been playing a game that uses speech recognition. I've changed display languages and changed other language settings and looked up guides for the problem I'm having but the answer is nowhere to be found. When I go into the control panel to check speech recognition it just says "Windows Speech Recognition is not available for the current display language" even though I've changed the display language to English United States. When going into speech settings I do not have the option to choose what language I want to speak with my device or the option to click "Get started" for speech recognition. I've downloaded the US voice package and when I did I did not recieve the option to check a box that says "Voice recognition". My microphone is set up correctly from what I know.
