Windows 10: Spinning circle doesn't move

Discus and support Spinning circle doesn't move in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; my laptop installs an update and got stuck on 85%.     Spinning circle doesn't move


    my laptop installs an update and got stuck on 85%. I restarted it 3 times, the first three all stuck on 92%. I am now waiting since 1 and a half hour but my spinning circle doesn't move at all. I can't move the mouse either. Is this normal? And what can i do besides waiting? Thanks for any help.

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

    Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

    hd6950 to hd 6970

    ok
    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
