Windows 10: spoolsv.exe error windows 10 ARM64

Hello fellows.I'm running Windows 10 ARM64 Preview, everything was working wonderfully until the last update build 21364.1000. What is the difference between vc_redist.x64.exe and vcredist_x64.exe?

Definitely doesn't say vcredist_arm64.exe? Visual Studio 2019 lists X86, x64 and arm64 for installation
