  3. Spotify - did not completely uninstall (faded out in my app list) and will not reinstall either

    Hi

I had Spotify on my Lumia 640, which worked well for a time. One day it crashed, so I tried to uninstall and then reinstall to see if it fixed the issue.

Unfortunately Spotify did not completely uninstall. It is listed in my apps, but it is faded out in my app list. When I tab and hold over it there is not the option to uninstall, if I go to the App Store it starts to reinstall it and then stops with a
message stating 'attention required. tap here'.

I would like Spotify back, but to be honest if it's not going to work I'd rather it wasn't there at all. It's very frustrating...!

Has anyone else had the same issue? I would really appreciate your help getting to the bottom of it

    Many thanks

    Paul
