  1. Spy software

    Hello,

I think someone installed on my PC unauthorized software. I am not 100 percent sure about this because I am not a specialist but on Thursday last week my computer did not work turn on properly. How I can check if my computer was installed unauthoriazed software? Can I contact someone from Windows office for more help?

    :)

    Spy software

How can I tell if a spy software (like Nokia Spy) is installed in my E52?

Any process running? Any files installed? Any logs? Any trace?

    Spy software

I didn't ask about a virus, everybody knows there is no such thing on Symbian or Unix, thank you very much. I asked about software created and advertised as spying software. It is a software designed to be installed by a parent, spouse, employer on the phone
of his kid, spouse, employee to monitor/spy all his activities and send collected data to a remote e-mail address usually.

In case you missed my original post, Nokia Spy is not the name of a virus, but the name of a legit program sold as such, to spy on your kid, spouse, employee. Nokia Spy is just one of many such software.

So my SPECIFIC question is: having such program installed on your phone by a third party, how can you find WHERE it is located in your phone? I am looking for a method to find the files that monitor all activities. I am not looking for a solution to get
rid of it, that is easy, cut the Internet connection or restore to factory settings.

I want to be able to show with 100% certainty "here, these are the processes running on my phone that you installed by my back to spy on me".
