Windows 10: Start button + task bar not working

Discus and support Start button + task bar not working in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Well at least windows made it easy to revert back to 8.1.....tried powershell, admin change and that suspicions bat file and none worked.     Start button + task bar not working


    Well at least windows made it easy to revert back to 8.1.....tried powershell, admin change and that suspicions bat file and none worked. Have windows 10 on the dell xps12 and operationally not much different that 8.1. Will wait awhile before reinstall 10 once they get the bugs worked out.
