    Start Menu and Search Bug


    Start button becomes unresponsive and search bar disappears when transfering something from usb or something like that.I have the latest version of Windows.Searched internet but could not find a solution.I just know that many people seems to have this start menu issue.Anyone can help?

    Start Menu Search

    Hi, Yes. I tried changing my primary SSD from MBR to GPT via Ease Us Partition Tool. All my other drives besides the main successfully converted but not my primary disk. When the application was trying to convert the disk I received a Kernal In Page Error.

    Start menu search bug

    If I click the start button, the start menu opens.

    Typing anything automatically opens the search - so far so good.

    But if I open the start menu, e.g. click on all apps and then try to search by typing any word nothing happens.

    Even if I go back the search won't come back when I type any letter.

    I have to close and reopen the start menu.

    Therefore I think this is a bug and has to be fixed.
