    I have updated a work computer from windows 7 to windows 10 yesterday and I am having some sort of bug that I can’t fix.

    The start menu looks the way as expected after reboot (the tiles and the modern windows 10 default design) but when opening it a second time it is changing its appearance to the look of an older start menu, like the one from windows 7. it say windows 10 on the side of the start menu though and everything else looks and works like one would expect from windows 10.

    Did anyone else encounter this bug and managed to fix it? I couldn‘t find anything that solves that issue yet.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Windows 10 Post FCU start menu issue

    I toyed with the FCU and it's to bugged out.. Time to let it mature like the Creator update did.

    At least you could see your start menu, I had nothing *Confused Start menu bug after updating from windows 10 :confused:
